The city of Toronto has won a TEDDY, but it’s not something to celebrate. The award is handed out by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation for government waste. Colin Craig says it goes to this city for hiring people to pretend to be homeless for last year's homeless audit. He says it was a real slap in the face to real homeless people who were not eligible to help with the audit. Craig says the awards aim to hold politicians accountable for their spending.
